All of our acrylic home signs are custom-made to your specifications, including house numbers, street names, sizes, colours, fonts, and mounting options. As these products are personalised, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect information provided by the customer, or incorrect size selections.

We take great care in manufacturing and packaging our products. If your sign arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Once assessed, we will:

• Repair the item where possible
• Replace the item at no additional cost
• Offer a refund where appropriate

As production begins shortly after order confirmation, changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production has commenced, changes may not be possible.

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable mounting surfaces, or failure to follow installation instructions provided.
