Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Custom or LED-lit signs may require additional time to ensure precision and quality.

Shipping Time & Delivery
Once your order is completed, it will be securely packaged and dispatched. Standard delivery within Australia usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We aim to provide reliable and cost-effective delivery options.

Packaging & Care
All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Due to the nature of acrylic, wood, and LED components, we recommend handling with care upon arrival.

Delays

Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
